The Showtec Polar series offers professional Beam, Wash and Hybrid Moving Head fixtures with a powerful output and state-of-the-art features, suitable for outdoor venues. All Polar fixtures are IP65 rated and therefore water and dust resistant, making sure that the show can go on, even on a rainy day. They can be controlled via DMX, Art-net, RDM, sACN and even wireless DMX (W-DMX) which is perfect for a quick setup in combination with their one-clamp mount. Controlling the units is very easy thanks to user-friendly control buttons. The Polar beam control (X/Y movements) is very quick and precise. Working with Polar fixtures enables you to create unique and high-level optical effects at any outdoor location.
The Showtec Polar 100 Beam is a Beam Moving Head with a razor sharp 1.7°-angled beam, suitable for high energy events. If you prefer various soft-edged wash effects with multiple separately controllable RGBW LED modules, the WashFX or 1920 Wash might be a perfect match. A more versatile Moving Head is the Polar 300 Hybrid, enabling a smooth transition from Spot to Wash to Beam.

The Showtec Polar 300 Hybrid is a powerful and fully featured 300 watt Hybrid Moving Head that can easily change from a highly focussed 3° beam to a wide 30° spot or wash, suitable for in- and outdoor applications. Its 12 static and 8 bi-rotational gobos + open with gobo shake & -flow and 8 dichroic colours + white with rainbow-flow effect, create stunning optical effects. Equipped with a frost filter, dimmer, strobe and 5-facet speed adjustable circular prism, the Polar 300 Hybrid can create a wide range of vibrant effects. All features and effects can be controlled via DMX-512, Art-net, RDM, sACN and W-DMX (wireless).
